By reviewing submissions in a focused weekly window, we ensure that each item is given the attention it deserves — not triaged in a rush between unrelated emails. Wednesday is when Brenda reviews the upload log, prints anything relevant, and physically walks it to the right desk. Kevin annotates the file. Cheryl flags it with a Post-It. This isn’t bureaucracy — it’s choreography. We know it’s not how most firms do things. But most firms didn’t build a practice on margin notes, side conversations, and the quiet confidence of documents read twice. The portal’s always open because we trust our clients to use it. We check it once a week because that’s how we ensure what’s inside it is taken seriously. You can upload something at midnight on a Sunday, and we’ll see it — first thing Wednesday.
