The firm proudly advertises features like printed emails, scanned documents, and SMS updates typed manually by a staff member. The tone is dry, self-aware, and professional on the surface, while subtly highlighting the inefficiencies of outdated systems. It should feel almost legitimate, with a visual layout that mimics a credible law firm site, but with copy that includes subtle jokes, faux-innovation, and character-driven team bios (e.g. Brenda the human knowledge base, Kevin the macro wizard).
